Getting to Know Your Place

We’ll spend a relaxed 60–90 minutes at your property, getting to know your site and understanding what you hope to create.

We’ll both be there, bringing our combined experience in landscape design, horticulture and construction. Together, we’ll explore the possibilities, practical considerations and where your budget is best spent.

Our Design Process

We take everything we’ve learned about you and your site and bring it together into a considered concept plan.

Working collaboratively, we develop the layout, including garden areas, paths and key features, supported by mood board imagery to communicate the planting, materials and overall feel of the design.

Design Evolution

Our involvement doesn’t have to end when the design is complete.

We can help connect you with a landscape construction team suited to your project and remain available throughout the build to answer questions, discuss changes and help maintain the intent of the design as it comes to life.

Planting

Planting is where the garden truly begins to come to life.

We offer plant supply and installation, bringing our horticultural experience to those final decisions on the ground. Plants are carefully placed and adjusted as needed, responding to the space as it takes shape rather than simply following a plan.

For us, this is one of the most important stages of the process. It’s the planting that brings softness, movement and life to a garden — creating the sense of connection we hope every Soul Garden will have.
